Hey y'all! I'm Carolyn and welcome to my blog, Hearts Over My Eyes.

I work in the world of policy and politics here in DC and love getting to see history being made every day in the nation's capital!

In my high school years, I began a Tumblr and truly learned to love the world of blogging and expressing myself to a whole new audience. As I moved into the (slightly more) grown up years of my life, I began searching for a creative outlet that was more focused on my own content. It was then that I created Hearts Over My Eyes. 

Although still just a small seed, I love having the ability to share my life through writing about fashion, recipes, and advice. 

As I look to grow, I'd love to here from y'all, whether you're a fellow blogger, a company who would like to partner with me, or a reader just popping over with some new ideas!
